Independent monitoring authority (IMA) allowing EU ctz in the UK to appeal against refused settled status has been changed in the new version of the bill: IMA has now power to delegate decision to launch inquiries on EU


How MPs voted in the no confidence motion

Noes: all Tories except one + all DUP + 1 Independent = 325

Ayes: all Labour except 3, all SNP, all Lib Dem, all Plaid Cymru + 4 Independent
+ 1 Green = 306

Abstentions: All Sinn Féin + 3 Labour (Paul Flynn,  Lyndsey Hoyle, Rosie Winterton)
